Malcolm Tullett

Malcolm’s experience as a long serving, senior officer with the London Fire Brigade (LFB), is invaluable when it comes to fire engineering and strategies for Building Control, dangerous substances and explosive atmospheres (DSEA), fire safety management and both general and personal emergency evacuation plan (PEEP) documentation.

Since leaving the Fire and Rescue Service, Malcolm has been heavily involved in providing a wide range of safety, health, environment and fire (SHEF) advice and support, to a diverse range of organisations, large and small.

Malcolm’s approach to risk management and occupational safety, based on real-life experience, is refreshing and highly effective. Indeed, it is often the game-changer for his clients.

Steven Nagle

Steve is a vastly experienced senior QSHE practitioner, having taken up a range of compliance, estates, consultancy and in-house roles. He has operated in a range of industry sectors including construction, logistics and fleet environments, manufacturing, architectural and engineering organisations/practices, NHS/educational buildings, listed buildings and museums (cultural and heritage), housing associations, process manufacturing, research and development agencies, chemical factories/stores, breweries, couriers, automotive plants, offices, warehouses, hotels, trade bases, including SME’s through to billion-pound multinational/blue-chip companies. His experience extends to senior management roles in the last 5 years, working in behavioural, strategic and compliance capacities, working to streamline, develop and increase the efficiency of business activities with executives and skilled and unskilled staff to impart and sell the strategic vision of the business to all IPs, and maintain the buy-in whilst continuing to improve the QSHE cultures at all levels.

Alan Emms

Alan’s fire safety career has led him to provide competent and professional advice to all levels of management and their workforce. This has been at both strategic (policy) and tactical / operational (procedures) levels and the ongoing maintenance of a robust fire safety strategy within an organisation.

He is experienced in enforcing fire safety legislation and providing guidance for legislative compliance.

Qualifications: City and Guilds 7303-Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, IFE Register of Fire Risk Auditors (2013), NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety &Risk Management, NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health & Safety, IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Managing Safely in Construction, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (Salvus Consulting), Approved NEBOSH Trainer for Certificate in Fire Safety & Risk Management, Approved IOSH Trainer for Managing Safely.

Jason Norris

A motivated compliance professional, with over 18 years’ experience of working within the public and private sector and a strong commercial awareness.
A good team player, capable of developing effective relationships in order to deliver both hard and soft projects to clients.

Able to work in a number of customer focused ‘virtual teams’ to aid with Asset Strategy and Planning; whilst helping to resolve the diverse and sometimes conflicting needs of front-line services, external partners and providers, to ensure successful delivery of services, including FM, H&S and fire systems.

Marie Dowsett

Marie has strong stakeholder management skills combined with an ability to tailor style and approach to the situation. She is a perceptive and resourceful problem solver who swiftly identifies inefficiencies and delivers viable sustainable strategies.
