Maggie brings many decades of successful Local Authority enforcement experience, in the Food
Safety sector. She has earned respect in this field, both from her peers and other regulators, as well
as the food manufacturers and retailers. She has an excellent working knowledge of Food Safety
legislation, as an auditor/inspector, with which to advise food businesses.
As a highly qualified professional (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) Maggie brings a
practical approach to problem solving, and will aim to partner with clients into finding suitable and
creative solutions. She will always make time to go through the, sometimes, complex legal
requirements that HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols present and help in
the development and implementation of the bespoke Food Safety Management System. She has
also been instrumental in developing both classroom and on-line training courses.
